Operation fishmeal unit I7-IVB :

   Small fish is dumped directly in the bunker, big fish passes to the bunker through a chopper. Raw material from the bunker is served by a screw conveyer into a cooker.
   There it is transported by a screw and boiled by steam. The mash passes into a screw press which separates liquor and oil, purified liquor is pumped out of the boat.
   The bagasse passes into a screw-mixer, where it is mixed with antioxidant and from there it passes into a dryer. Dried meal passes to the magnetic device, which catches metal impurities in it. Evaporated moisture is removed by the air coming through the dryer and is thrown into the atmosphere with the help of cyclone separator.
  From the magnetic device the meal is drawn into the milling machine where it is crushed and with the help of pneumatic transfer is cooled and is transferred to the place of packing.
   To install I7-IVB fishmeal unit on the shore is needed:

Water supply;
Water Cleaning system or sewage disposal;
Electrical supply 380 volt, 50 Hz or 60 Hz;
Room 10 meters x 5 meters x 4 meters;
Steam boiler.
