Note that some cheaper low – quality dryers use hot oil and have too high drying temperature, they burn fishmeal, destroy protein and often catch fire.
The best way to cool fishmeal is a method of air-cooling. It helps to avoid «burning», protects the protein quality and makes grinding easier.
Due to their compact construction the units require minimum space and are
designed to be installed in the shortest time onboard fishing boats and in
coastal fish processing factories.

In order to make the quality of fish raw material cooking better a bunker with screw conveyer, heated by steam condense, and a cooker with thin layer of raw material are installed in RMU-60.

Instead of rotor-disk dryer a rotor-tube dryer with the system of heated airflow injection is used.
It helps to get better quality of fodder meal and in its turn to reduce the cost of finished product.
Nowadays our factory is the only factory on the territory of the former Commonwealth of Independent States, which produces fishmeal and oil equipment.
We manufacture and sell aggregative fishmeal and fish oil units ( fishmeal and fish oil unit A1-IzhR,
fishmeal and fish oil unit RMU-60), fishmeal units
( fishmeal unit I-7-IVB, fishmeal unit RMU-5)
and also A1-IKM, A1-IKM-3 units
for extraction of meat from krill and A1-IKP-50 unit for processing ocean
krill into protein paste. These machines proved to be reliable onboard
fishing boats as well as in coastal factories.
They ( A1-IKM, A1-IKM-3 units) are designed for extraction of meat (muscular tissue) from Atlantic krill and are installed on onboard the ships catching and processing krill.
The units can be used in coastal stationary factories for processing boiled and frozen raw material.
Krill meat is valuable protein product used as semi-finished product for manufacturing natural canned food or boiled and frozen products.
The sphere of units application in national economy may be widen by means of using the unit for processing small sea prawn and also in some agricultural branches as well as in mixed fodder industry.
A1-IKP-50 unit is designed for processing ocean krill into protein paste. These machines proved to be reliable onboard
fishing boats as well as in coastal factories.
The “Ocean” protein paste is used as semifinished product for making different kinds of culinary dishes (salads, krill butter, “Korall” cheese, snack pies, etc.)
In time of USSR we had not any opportunity to sell our equipment worldwide,
we issued the equipment only for USSR countries!
90 % of all units installed on boards the Russian boats are made at our
factory! Our equipment is made of high-qualified Ukrainian steel and works
well even after 20 years of exploitation!

Now we only begin to sell our equipment all over the world, but our

Our factory manufactures aggregative fishmeal units, which are intended for fodder fishmeal and cod-liver oil production from the fish wastes and less valuable breeds of fish. Aggregative units are the complex machines.
